HOW TO INSTALL GOOGLE CROME OPERATING SYSTEM

First you need to download the Chrome OS image from Gdgt.com (Chrome OS VM image download) and download and install VirtualBox (VirtualBox download). Installing VirtualBox is pretty straightforward so I won't go into that. Choose the VMware image on Gdgt.com, as I could not get the VirtualBox image to boot. You can still use the VMware image with the VirtualBox program.
1. Make a New Machine

After you have VirtualBox opened up, Select the "New" button in the top left corner to create your new Chrome OS machine. Next, name your machine (I chose Chrome OS) and select "Other" under operating system and "Other/Unknown" under version. I think it would be okay to leave it on "Windows" and "XP" for these options, but I'm not sure if VirtualBox does anything special for a Windows machine, so I went with a generic start.

Update: It looks like the network connection won't work in Chrome OS for some people if they choose "Other" for their OS. We found out (through the discussion in the comments) that picking "Linux" as the operating system and "Linux 2.6" as the version might work better for some host PCs.

2. Select the amount of RAM for you Chrome OS virtual machine

Next you select the amount of RAM to dedicate to your Chrome OS virtual instance. I selected 542 MB of RAM as this should be plenty for Chrome OS and not push my test machine (2 GB of RAM total) to the limit. You would choose the amount of RAM you think is appropriate here.

3. Select the Chrome OS disk image

Next is the hard disk image selection. Select "Use existing hard disk" and click the small folder icon next to the text field to browse for the Chrome OS .vmdk image you downloaded. You will need to add a new disk image by selecting "New" in the top left corner and then browse to where your Chrome OS image was downloaded.

Next, VirtualBox simply asks you if you really want to make the Chrome OS machine. You probably do, so just select finish. Now you are ready to start your machine and see Chrome OS running for the first time! Simply push "Start" when your machine is highlighted and Chrome OS should boot up (quite quickly, too!). As an aside, I increased my video memory for Chrome OS to 60 MB (the default for an unknown machine is 5 MB). This may not be necessary, but you can do so under the settings for your machine.

If you can't get the network to work on your Chrome OS virtual machine, try logging in with the username "chronos". It has no password and many people have reported that it fixes the network problem.

5. Now you will get a mail having verification code as voice mail on that account from which you have registered on K7.net. Open it, download the attachment file and listen the code.

6. Now enter the code of your voice mail in verification code. and click OK.

7 Great Ways To Promote Your New Blog

Although all you need to start a new blog is an idea and an internet connection, if you want your blog to have an audience you have to put in a bit more leg work. Yes, you need to update your blog regularly and have interesting graphics, but without promotion, your blog will remain unnoticed.
Some people are intimidated by the idea of promoting, especially when they are the product that is being promoted. But don’t fret. I’m about to give you seven tips that will help you get the ball rolling.

Study

Make a list of blogs, authors and websites that you love. Then take a good hard look at that list. What makes you so fond of the blogs that you chose? What can you learn from these sites? Things to keep an eye out for are: how often these authors add new content to their blog, and what sites they link to. Learn everything you can from the people you admire and apply what you learn to your own blog.

Make A Video

Videos are becoming de rigueur for marking everything from bands to products to magazines. All you need to produce a video is a digital camera (most have video capabilities) and some video editing software (which you can find for free with a simple Google search). Explain who you are, what your blog is about and why they should take a look, then upload your video to sites like YouTube and TubeMogul.

Guest Post

Writing guest posts for other blogs is a great way to get your name out there in the blogosphere. While it’s great to aim for the stars, in this case starting small is best. A Blog Carnival or Blog Roundup is a kind of “best of” article that pulls information from lots of different blogs together in one post. Look for blogs that are hosting blog carnivals that relate to your blog’s subject and submit your best posts. Can’t find any? Then take matters into your own hands and start your own Blog Carnival and ask your fellow bloggers to submit their work to you.

Social Media Buttons

This is one of my favorite promoting gimmicks. Social media buttons allow the people who do read your blog to share the content to everyone in their social media networks. Make sure to include all the big guns: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. Social media site are powerful tools when it comes to promoting and should never be overlooked.

Interviews

Approach successful bloggers and experts in the field your blog covers and ask if you can interview them for your blog. Interviews are a great way to learn from bloggers who have been in the game for longer than you have, and pull in new readers by using a marquee name in your posts.
When it comes to promoting your blog, anything goes. Be creative, don’t be afraid, hand out flyers, shout it from the mountain tops.

G++ Adds Facebook & Twitter Stream In Google+ With Full Functionality

SGPlus was a Chrome extension reviewed last month that allowed you to bring Facebook and Twitter feeds to your Google Plus stream making the move to the new network a lot simpler. While the extension itself had almost every feature you could possible want, we found one that takes takes it up a notch. G++ outshines the previously viewed extension in two ways; it isn’t just for Chrome, there’s also one for Firefox and the new extension doesn’t have a lag time before it can show your Twitter feed like in the previously reviewed one. You can toggle between feeds by simply checking or unchecking the boxes integrated in the Google Plus interface. The extension lets you see incoming news items from Facebook and allows you to like, comment and share items, it also lets you see your Twitter timeline and lets you reply/retweet from Google+.

Once installed, the extension will add three checkboxes next to Streams in the middle column. The G+ column is already checked, check the Facebook and Twitter boxes to connect your account and your streams will start appearing automatically. You can like and comment on news feeds from Facebook or retweet tweets directly from the Google Plus interface.

In addition to that, you can toggle any news feed on or off by unchecking the box on top or switch the extension off from the Google Plus interface by selecting the off checkbox next to the extension’s icon on your Google+ page. The extension also adds a Refresh Streambutton that allows you to check for new feeds and tweets across all three accounts.

Posts

Your blog's load time can be affected by the number of posts you display on your main page. You can easily edit the number of posts displayed of the main page from the Settings | Formatting tab. You can then select the number of posts you want to display on the main page. We recommend displaying 10 or fewer posts on the main page.

Third Party JavaScript and Links

For optimal blog load speed, we recommend using Google/Blogger widgets, JavaScript and links. However, if you need to use third party JavaScript and links, your blog will load much faster if you put all JavaScript at the bottom of your blog. If you have third party JavaScript and links in your sidebar, put them in at the bottom of the sidebar.

Images and Media

Learn even more ways Google products work together.
The more images, videos and other multi-media you have on your blog the longer it will take to load. However, images and other multimedia are important to attracting users to your blog, so it is important to optimize the load speed of your images and media. Here are a few tips to increase the load speed of your media:

Decrease the size of your images or use thumbnails that link to the full-size image.
If you use third party images, consider uploading them to Picasa Web Albums via the Blogger post editor.
If you have a large number of images to display, you can upload all your images (from a vacation or event) to a Picasa Web Album and link to the album in your post or sidebar.

Other suggestions

If you've added any custom CSS to your blog, make sure you put it at the top of the page.
The most important content of your blog that catches readers attention should load the quickest. To help you identify which items are taking the longest to load you can use Stopwatch. To use Stopwatch, enter your blog's URL into the text box and click "Start StopWatch". Stopwatch will then open your blog in a frame and will record the time it takes for everything on your blog to load, including images, videos, widgets, etc. Take note of the items that take the longest to load and modify them appropriately using our suggestions.

Google buy Reverse Engineering Company Zynamics (German security firm) !

Google has just acquired a small German software company called Zynamics. The company, which was founded in 2004, focuses on reverse engineering — that is, analyzing software (malware in particular) for which no source code is available.

It’s an incredibly interesting and complicated problem to try to solve, which makes the Zynamics team and product a perfect fit for Google, a company that’s known for tackling interesting and complicated problems.

A Google rep said in an e-mail, “We’re delighted to have the Zynamics team aboard and hope their tools and skills in fighting malware will help us better protect Google’s users.”

While we’re not completely sure what the fate of the company will be, we do know that its goals and expertise line up particularly well with Google’s aims in online security.

Currently, Zynamics’s offerings focus on the needs of information security specialists and malware analysts. Its products are allegedly both innovative and time-saving.

The company’s products include BinDiff, for analyzing executables; BinNavi, for analyzing binary code; PDF Dissector, for analyzing PDF malware; VxClass, for sorting malware into families; and BinCrowd, which is a central database for sharing reverse-engineered information.

In addition to these products, Google is also acquiring a brilliant and experienced team — just the kind of engineers Google is renowned for hiring.

We’ll see what the future holds for Zynamics, and we’ll keep you updated as details about this deal emerge.

Well, there is not any magic involved in this trick. It only depends on selection of right combination of various factors while applying for a Google Adsense account.

Create a Yahoo email address (also called Yahoo! ID) with your name such asjohnsmith3445@yahoo.com
Signup for Blogger with same Yahoo! Email ID.

Hundreds of Adsense Accounts Banned in Pakistan

These Days we are getting reports that Google Adsense accounts of at least 70 percent Pakistani publishers got banned lately, while it is assumed that there are more un-reported cases.

All publishers are apparently getting same email from Google, which is as following:
